About Me

Welcome to my site; I am grateful that you will help me pass on the knowledge I have gained through the years of both corporate and personal negotiating. I want to help you save money and time, so you can do the things you most enjoy in life, be it a bigger house, travel, children's education, or be debt-free. 


My Name is Ron Burda, and I have been educated from a top private university ( Desales University) and the school of hard knocks.  

Learning from a textbook is one thing but doing it day in and day out gives excellent insight. 


Transparency is spoken today to gain trust; however, this is not the case in the corporate world. They always look at the bottom line to determine their best option. I will help you understand how to beat them at their own game.


I have worked in the corporate world for my adult life, from fortune 500 companies in the airline, restaurant, hospital, and utilities. I am also an Expense Reduction Business Consultant.  I have been negotiating professionally for the past 30 years.

I have negotiated contracts small and large, some worth a few thousand dollars to others exceeding hundreds of millions.


Working with CEOs, Presidents, and VP's regional and local salespeople, the approach was always the same. The outcome was 90% of the time to my satisfaction.  Negotiation is not a win/lose outcome but a win-win. Keep in mind that you want to save as much as you can, and the other party wants to gain as much as possible. If it is a monetary transaction, you have a budget, and they have a business to run.       


The information is based on facts and not what is best for just a few people. I have never been one to go with the herd, but what if I did something different from the masses. How about giving the facts and options so you can make an educated decision.  


This is not a site on how to negotiate professionally but for the everyday person to gain insight into saving thousands of dollars each year If U Just Ask! 


It is not just saving money but also gaining insight on how to approach people and making it a win-win situation.
